Brett graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Advanced Technical Studies in May, 1997. Prior to joining Liberty Construction Services in 2015, he spent over 20 years reshaping the Chicago skyline. Brett served as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and Vice President on many large structural projects, including Trump International Hotel and Tower, a 2.4 million SF 1300’ tall cast in place structure. His dedication to safety, quality, teamwork, and relationships have been instrumental in Liberty and Conshor forming a successful and lasting partnership, and setting the course for the future.

Kevin graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in building construction in August 1981 and immediately went to work for Conshor, in detailing formwork and shoring. Over the years, he was involved in every aspect of the business, eventually assuming the role of president and CEO. Kevin was active with the Associated Builders and Contractors and the American Concrete Institute, most notably on ACI Committee 347 – Formwork for Concrete. Kevin holds a State of Florida General Contractor’s License (CGC 034723) and is currently the qualifying agent for Liberty Conshor. A Southwest Florida native, Kevin is a longtime active participant in the growth and vital affairs of the community.

Kenneth is the Vice President of Operations for Liberty Conshor. In this role, he is responsible for working with a variety of departments, such as: the safety department and field teams to ensure that safety is always top of mind, the division managers and estimating department to develop schedules for bids, and the formwork design team to help decide on the best forming system for a particular project. Kenneth began his career with Conshor, Inc. in the Fall of 1990 as a field engineer and layout person. From 1996 to 2006, he served as Superintendent and then General Superintendent for jobs in Southwest Florida. In 2009, he accepted the position of Vice President of Operations. Kenneth intends to provide others with the same opportunities for success that he was given.

James joined the firm in 2016 with over 20 years of high-rise concrete experience. He came from a South Florida–based general contractor, where his responsibilities included the cast-in-place concrete estimates on large projects for some of the highest profile clients in the industry. Prior to that, James was chief estimator for a high-rise concrete company in the Mid-Atlantic region. James is also a LEED Accredited Professional and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of International Construction Management from the University of Florida.
