The 27-story, 488,000 square-foot building is comprised of 381 luxury rental apartments, 2,700 square-feet of ground floor retail space, and 110 parking spaces. Amenities include clubrooms, a sixth floor heated pool, common areas and, a fitness facility.
Liberty’s field staff worked closely with the Construction Manager during all phases of this project to support the project team manage an aggressive schedule and challenging logistics on a tight project site in downtown Boston. Liberty worked multiple shifts on this project and performed many scopes of work including construction fence, general clean-up, general carpentry, project safety, winter conditions, and punch list work.
