Chris is responsible for providing strategic direction and overall management for Liberty’s four divisions: General Conditions, Concrete, Special Projects and Equipment & Supply.
Chris currently supervises the Northeast region as well as Liberty’s developing markets in Florida and California, ensuring that Liberty provides a professional solution to clients across a variety of industries. He is directly responsible for overseeing business development, estimating, project management, equipment procurement, staffing, scheduling, and safety. With almost two decades of industry experience, Chris remains committed to his principles of building strong working relationships through a focus on client service. As a seasoned professional, he has developed and maintained key industry relationships with owners, subcontractors, developers, architects, trade unions and city officials. Equally as important to Chris are his in-house relationships with his employees and at his core he has a passion for finding, developing and supporting his team.
Prior to heading Liberty, Chris founded and ran an equipment access company specializing in protection systems, scaffold and hoisting equipment. As he grew the company, they participated in many marquee equipment and access systems projects throughout the Northeast region of the country. Chris was directly responsible for all phases of the company.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Cortland State University and is OSHA Scaffold Safety certified.
